Told everyone I was fine for the third time this week. I'm not. I just needed to say it somewhere.
Say it.
Let it fade.
Viska is a place to vent without a name. Write it out, say what you need, and decide what happens next. Anything you share is gone within a day.
- No name, no account
- No ads or tracking
- Free, every theme included
Does anyone else lie awake replaying one awkward sentence from six years ago?
My best friend moved away and our calls keep getting shorter. How do I keep this from slipping?
Some things just need to be said once.
Type whatever is sitting on your chest, then let it go. This box doesn't save or send anything. It only shows you how it feels.
You decide what happens.
- 1
Vent in private
Write it out first. Nobody sees it yet.
- 2
Say what you need
Just listen, advice, or someone who gets it.
- 3
Choose its path
Keep it, let it fade, or share it for 24 hours.
Keep it private
Saved in Mine. Nobody else sees it, ever. Private vents are unlimited.
Let it fade
Still private, but it deletes itself after 24 hours. Say it, then let the day take it.
Share for support
Post it without a name for 24 hours. If people show up for you, you can extend it once. Take it down whenever you want.
Tell people what would actually help.
Sometimes you want answers. Sometimes you just want to be heard. The tag on your vent sets how people can respond, so nobody tries to fix what you only needed to say.
Just listen
Someone hearing you is enough.
Quick replies only. No unasked-for fixes.
Advice
Suggestions are welcome.
Turn on comments if you want them. Hide any comment you don't.
Not alone
Tell me others feel this too.
Quick replies from people who get it.
Earned by helping, not by posting.
Badges come from different people saying your reply helped. They never count how much you vent, and nobody sees your counts or scores.

You choose whether your badges show next to your comments. Breaking the rules can remove them.
How we keep Viska kind.
Everyone agrees to these rules before they enter. Report any post or comment from its menu, and a person on the Viska team reviews it. Block someone so you never see them again.
- Listen firstRespect the tag on each post. If someone only wants to be heard, don't offer fixes.
- Be kind and specificNo mocking, shaming, or pile-ons. Say what you actually mean to offer.
- Keep it anonymousLeave out names, workplaces, and details that could identify anyone, including you.
- No hate, threats, or harassmentThese are removed. People who keep doing it lose access.
- No explicit contentSay what happened and how it felt, without graphic detail. Anything involving minors leads to an immediate ban.
That sounds really heavy.
If what you write sounds like you might be in danger, Viska stops before anything is shared and shows a free line you can reach right now. If you still share, comments switch off and only quick replies can reach you.
Viska is peer support. It is not therapy or emergency help. Viska is for people 18 and older.
We keep as little as we can.
There's no sign-up. Private vents never leave your phone. Vents you share go to Viska only until they fade.
- On your phone only
- Private and fading vents, drafts, and the people you blocked. Android cloud backup is off, so none of it is copied to Google Drive.
- On the Viska server
- A random ID, the vents and replies you share until they fade, and the counts behind your badges. Reported posts are kept in a locked copy while a person reviews them.
- What it never asks for
- Your name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, or advertising ID.
- Your controls
- Download your data, or delete your account and everything in it from the Privacy screen.

Before you start.
Can anyone find out it was me?
Viska never asks for your name, email, or phone number, and shared vents don't carry a profile. Keep names, workplaces, and other identifying details out of what you write. Viska only hands data to the police when the law requires it, or when someone's life may be in danger.
Who sees what I share?
Other people on Viska see vents you share, for 24 hours, with no name or profile attached. Vents you keep private or let fade never leave your phone. The Viska team only looks at a shared vent if someone reports it.
What happens when a vent fades?
It's deleted. Shared vents last 24 hours. If at least three people show up for you, you can extend it once by 6, 12, or 24 hours. You can take any vent down early.
How many vents can I share?
New accounts can share 3 vents a day. Private vents are unlimited.
Is it free?
Yes. There are no ads, no subscriptions, and every theme is included.
Is Viska a replacement for therapy?
No. Viska is peer support. If you are in crisis, the Help tab shows a free line for your region, and you can reach it any time.
Say it.
Let it fade.
